RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work evening shifts with 3x12 schedule
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• Call requirements include 2 primary and 2 backup calls over a 2-month period with rotating self-sign up opportunities (M-F 1100-0700)
• 1+ years of OR experience required
• Travel experience and certifications preferred
• Float requirements as needed by facility
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS from AHA only
• Patient ratio of 1:1 in operating room setting
• Work with various equipment depending on specialty
• EMR system: EPIC
• Care for patients in neurology, urology, oncology, gynecology, robotics, orthopedics, podiatry, ENT, OMF, and general surgery
• Scrub color: Light blue, provided by facility
• Must demonstrate professional and enthusiastic attitude with willingness to participate in all aspects of patient care and teamwork in perioperative areas
