RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 36 hours per week in the Emergency Department
• 2 years of hospital experience required
• Must have active compact nursing license at time of submission
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• 18 head walls and 10 halls in the unit
• Variable staffing model with unit secretaries and tech availability
• Required to float to other units as needed
• Work with GE equipment and Expanse documentation system
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI
• Emergency room skillset required with advanced skills preferred
• Dress code requires scrubs
• Flexible scheduling options available
• Opportunity to work with tenured staff willing to mentor and develop other nurses
