RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Travel nursing position on medical/surgical unit
• Patient ratio of 5:1
• Work on 5th floor, 29-bed unit that can overflow to 39 beds total
• Must have telemetry experience and ability to read strips
• ACLS certification preferred
• Work with remote telemetry equipment
• Electronic Medical Record system: MediTech
• Care for post-operative surgical patients
• Manage cardiac drips including amiodarone and diltiazem, as well as heparin drips
• Night shift staffing includes charge nurse, 8 RNs, and ACT from 10pm-10pm
• High energy work environment seeking hard workers with fun personality and high energy
• Unit utilizes new equipment and technology
