Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• 101-bed emergency department with patient ratios typically 4:1 for medical patients, up to 7:1 for behavioral holds
• Required certifications before start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience with at least 1 year in emergency department setting
• Experience in Level 2 trauma center, comprehensive stroke center, high volume >100,000 visit ED preferred
• Previous HCA experience preferred
• Must demonstrate teamwork mentality and ability to coach and provide real-time feedback
• Required to float to all sections within the emergency department
• Work every other weekend with scheduling based on departmental needs
• Required dress code: Navy scrubs
• Utilize Baxter pumps, GE monitors, and Cerner documentation system
• Follow AIDET patient experience standards with respectful behavior and continuous patient updates
• Work alongside techs available for cardiac monitoring, triage, and unit clerks on all shifts

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
