Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Monday through Thursday from 12:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities
• Perform technical procedures under direction of Medical Director, Section Head, Clinical Specialist, Manager, and Radiologist
• Utilize CT imaging technology to create diagnostic images in a fast-paced environment
• Provide safe and positive patient experiences
• Perform CT exams on trauma patients, emergency room patients, outpatients, inpatients, intensive care patients, research patients, and those requiring specialized CT scan-guided procedures
• Support teaching and continue learning as technology advances
• Practice and enforce radiation safety measures per New York State Department of Health code part 16
• Must be graduate of approved two-year AMA Radiologic Technology School and high school graduate
• New York State Registration in Diagnostic Radiography or limited permit required
• American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration required
• Current BLS for Healthcare Provider, CPR or CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer certification required
• NYSDOH license required at time of submission
• Entry level position with MIT level assigned based on skill set and experience
