RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Float to all inpatient Med/Tele and Rehab units as needed
• Patient ratios of 1:5 on days and nights (varies between units - estimated and never guaranteed)
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Must have minimum 2 years of strong telemetry experience
• Chemo certification preferred (allows scheduling on Oncology unit)
• Work with various types of equipment using Meditech EMR system
• Care for large cardiac population across 2 telemetry floors and PCU
• Handle varied medical procedures depending on unit assignment
• Must demonstrate flexibility and willingness to float between units
• Team player attitude and compassion required
