Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Opportunity:

CT Technologist - CT Tech

Job Details:

• Work Thursday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
• 12.5-hour shifts with 36 hours guaranteed per week
• 13-week assignment
• Must be able to cover stroke coverage responsibilities
• Perform all routine CT examinations including invasive procedures
• Work with GE 64 Slice CT equipment
• Maintain 1:1 patient ratios
• Use EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
• On-call requirements as needed
• Weekend requirements as needed
• Rotating holidays
• Ability to start IVs preferred
• Must be friendly, hardworking, and adaptable
• Required certifications: ARRT, CT, BLS
• Gray scrubs required
• Alaska state fingerprint and background check required
• No floating to other areas

This 250-bed acute care hospital operates a comprehensive stroke center and advanced imaging department located on the 2nd floor. The facility features state-of-the-art CT technology and maintains a dedicated team of 2-3 CT technologists during day shifts. The organization uses modern electronic medical record systems and provides specialized care with a focus on emergency and critical care services.
