RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Three 12-hour shifts per week schedule
• 48-hour guarantee consideration available
• Work 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
• Float pool position requiring willingness to float between departments and four facilities
• Patient ratio of 6:1
• 2+ years of experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Arizona nursing license required
• Cerner EMR experience required
• Any color scrubs permitted
• Provide patient care utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning safe patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities and provide supervision of assigned personnel
