Description
RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

RN - ED ER
Job Details:
• Work in a high-volume emergency department with over 100,000 visits annually
• Patient ratios: 4:1 typically for medical patients, up to 7:1 for ED behavioral holds
• Every other weekend scheduling requirement - no block scheduling available
• Must be flexible to float to all sections within the ED (no floating outside of ED)
• Work with 101-bed emergency department serving as regional Level II trauma center
• Required certifications before start date: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS
• ENPC certification required within 90 days of hire
• 2 years nursing experience required with at least 1 year in ER setting
• Previous Level 2 trauma center and high-volume ED experience preferred
• Must demonstrate teamwork mentality and ability to coach/give feedback in real time
• Equipment includes Baxter pumps and GE monitors
• Documentation system: Cerner
• Dress code: Navy scrubs required
• Support staff includes techs, unit clerks for days and nights
• Patient experience requirements include AIDET, respectful behavior, and regular patient updates

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
