Allied Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available
Opportunity:
Cath Lab Technologist - Cardiac Cath Lab
Job Details:
• 13-week contract assignment
• Day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Open to 4 x 10-hour shifts if difficult to fill 8-hour shifts
• On-call requirements: 1-2 variable call shifts per week
• Weekend call requirements: 1 weekend with variable call shifts
• Minimum one year of cardiac catheterization lab experience required
• Must be able to conduct interventional assistance
• RCIS, RCES, or RT license required
• BLS and ACLS certification required
• IR tech or EP tech experience preferred
• Work with Philips Xper FD20 and FD10 equipment, Shockwave, Penumbra systems
• Use PACS Merge and Meditech EMR systems
• Perform procedures including LHC/RHC, Cardiomems, Shockwave, Penumbra, IABP pump, Impella, PFO Closure, EKOS
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Must remain calm under pressure and demonstrate flexibility
• Hospital-issued scrubs required

This healthcare facility features a state-of-the-art cardiac catheterization laboratory department with 2 cath labs located on the 2nd floor. The department maintains a collaborative team environment with 7 teammates including 3 RNs, 3 Cath Lab Techs, and 1 Charge Nurse Coordinator during day shifts. The facility is equipped with advanced technology including Philips imaging systems and cutting-edge interventional cardiology equipment to provide comprehensive cardiac care services.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
