Opportunity:

RN - ED

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Work 5 weekend shifts in 6 weeks
• Take 1-2 on-call shifts per schedule with 2 on-call shifts per 6 weeks
• Work 1 major and 1 minor holiday
• Must be willing to float to offsite emergency departments
• 2 years of emergency department experience required
• Must have Level I or II trauma center experience
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CPI
• EPIC experience and previous travel highly preferred
• Work in 73-room emergency department plus 24 hallway beds
• Handle approximately 350 patients per day
• Provide care for stroke, STEMI, and trauma patients
• Medically clear psychiatric patients for admission
• Use sitters for suicidal patients with security support available
• Handle both acute and non-acute emergency cases without separate fast track area
