CT Technologist Position - Hartford, Connecticut

Job Details

• Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
• Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Weekend Requirements: None
• On-Call: Optional
• Contract Length: 16 weeks

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in Connecticut
• CT Technologist (1 year of experience)
• BLS issued by American Heart Association

Required Onboarding Documentation and Compliance

• Current BLS certification (front and back images)
• License/certification verification dated within 30 days of start
• Fit Test documentation
• Signed Code of Conduct form
• Completed I-9 form
• Confidentiality and Information System Security Agreement signed
• Integrity and Audit Services form signed shortly before start
• Respirator Evaluation with physician signature
• Skills Checklist (provided by agency for clinical contractors)
• COVID-19 vaccine proof (including booster through September 2025), declination or exemption letter (declination not accepted in CA or IL)
• Proof of MMR vaccination or immunity
• Hepatitis B vaccination series started prior to start date (titers not accepted)
• Influenza vaccine proof or declination (optional)
• 2-Step PPD or IGRA TB test; if positive, chest x-ray within last year (for CT)
• Varicella vaccination or immunity proof
• Physical/Health Statement from exam within last year confirming fitness to work
• 10-panel drug screen completed within 30 days of start (no THC)
• Resume and professional references
• Conflict of Interest Disclosure form signed
• Criminal background check (federal, nationwide, county for last 7 years) with SSN verification dated within 30 days
• Education verification (highest academic degree or diploma/GED)
• EPLS (Excluded Parties List System) report dated within 30 days
• OIG (Office of Inspector General) exclusion check dated within 30 days
• CORE exam within the last year
• NSO (National Sex Offender) check dated within 30 days, including aliases and all names used
• System Access Form completed and uploaded one week before start
• Current Tdap vaccine or declination (declination accepted if no pediatric interaction)
• OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions check completed within 30 days

Additional Information

• No weekend shifts required
• On-call availability is optional
