Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical

36 hours per week
6:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Active New York RN license and all active RN licenses
2+ years of medical-surgical experience with stroke stepdown experience
Prior travel experience required
Current AHA BLS
NIHSS
Skills checklist matching the specialty

Unit Details

Adult medical-surgical stroke stepdown unit
64 beds
Common patient diagnoses include stroke, altered mental status, renal, dialysis, COPD, CHF, isolation, general med surg, pneumonia, and pulmonary issues
Specialty equipment includes IV pumps, N/G tubes, and feeding tubes

Additional Notes

Local candidates within 75 miles are accepted
