PACU Registered Nurse
Overview
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day/Evening, 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
- Start time: Between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., depending on scheduling and operational needs
- On-call: Possible weekend on-call shifts, with 1–2 weekend call shifts during the assignment
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience within the last year
- 1 year of PACU - Post Anesthesia Care experience
- Critical care background
- Experience working pre/post operatively with varied surgical patient populations
- Experience with Epic
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
