IMC Registered Nurse
Job Overview
- Travel/contract role in Madison, Wisconsin
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift, 3x12 hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Works in intermediate care acute med/progressive care and thoracic units
- Schedule includes Monday through Friday, every other weekend, and some holidays
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit (1 year of experience)
- PCU - Progressive Care Unit experience within the last year
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Ventilator experience
- Telemetry experience
- Transplant experience
Compliance / Onboarding
- Background check and Wisconsin caregiver screening required within 90 days of start
- Employment application required
- 2 clinical references within the last 3 years
- Skills checklist required annually
- Physical exam required by agency standard
- Drug screen required by agency standard
- TB questionnaire required annually
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray required
- MMR, varicella, and hepatitis B documentation required
- Flu vaccination or approved exemption required during flu season
- WI BID form required
Additional Notes
- Candidate must complete required telemetry testing and related acknowledgment before clearance to start
