Key Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and direct nursing and patient care operations
Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards across infant to geriatric patients
Maintain performance improvement activities and participate in CQI activities
Assure competency of nursing personnel
Assist with budgeting and maintain efficient departmental operations in compliance with applicable regulations and standards
