Required Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist license in California
• Physical Therapist (1 year of experience)
• Physical Therapist experience within the last year
• BLS
• Experience in a(n) Home Health setting

Role Responsibilities

• Prioritize start of care visits
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Submit start of care visit reports by the next day
• Complete clinical notes and other documentation within 48 hours of the visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be responsive during normal business hours

Schedule and Training

• Training includes 3 full days: 1 in-house day and 2 field days

Territory

• Greater Sacramento, California; territory may expand as needed

Work Details

• Documentation system: Kinnser
• Equipment issued: iPad and Verizon One Talk
• Mileage reimbursement: $0.65.5 per mile from first to last patient
• Parking and toll reimbursement: paid
• Company car option available with a decreased bill rate
• Productivity requirement: 30 points per week
• Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
