Description

Computed Tomography Technologist

Overview

Temp assignment
Night shift
3 x 12-hour shifts per week
Hours: 8:00 PM to 8:30 AM, Sunday through Tuesday
Must live at least 50 miles away

Required Qualifications

2 years of CT Technologist experience
CT Technologist experience within the last year
BLS
ARRT
Associate's degree or equivalent
Experience with Cerner

Key Responsibilities

Operate CT and radiographic equipment
Adjust technical factors based on body habitus
Position patients correctly
Review physician orders and relevant clinical data
Produce high-quality radiographs while minimizing radiation exposure
Assist physicians during procedures, including room preparation, supplies, contrast reactions, and codes
Schedule and complete exams
Enter correct charge codes
