Registered Nurse

Location

Fargo, North Dakota

Contract Length

13 weeks

Schedule

12-hour day shifts
Every other weekend and every other holiday
May rotate between day and night schedules based on unit needs

Unit Details

Adult medical-surgical unit
32 beds, all single rooms
Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:4-5 during the day, 1:5-6 रात at night

Required Qualifications

Active North Dakota or compact RN license
Active BLS certification through AHA
2 years of recent nursing experience in a large hospital setting with 250+ beds
Experience in a busy Level 1 trauma center
Travel experience required
EPIC experience
Willingness to float to all units/locations within Fargo as needed

Orientation

8 hours of classroom training
24 hours of unit training

Additional Notes

Candidates within 60 miles of the facility are not eligible
Candidates within 60 to 80 miles may be considered at a reduced local rate
Must have worked for Sanford Health only if there was an end date at least 6 months before submission
Navy blue scrubs required
