RN - Labor & Delivery
Location
Louisville, Kentucky
Schedule
- Night shift
- 12 hours per day
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
Contract Length
- 14 weeks
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Kentucky
- 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience
- Labor and Delivery experience within the last year
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification
- NRP certification
- EFM certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Epic experience

Key Responsibilities
- Perform patient assessments and reassessments
- Develop, implement, and revise plans of care
- Monitor and document responses to clinical interventions
- Provide patient and family education
- Delegate tasks and serve as a mentor/preceptor
- Support quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Assist with discharge planning and cost-effective care
