Endoscopy RN Travel Contract
Job Overview
- Specialty: Registered Nurse
- Location: Madison, Wisconsin
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Shift: Day/Evening, 8-hour shifts
- Schedule details: Rotating start times between 6:30 AM and 10:30 AM; weeknight call required; may need to stay past shift end to finish the day’s schedule
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Wisconsin
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Endoscopy (2 years of experience)
- Endoscopy experience within the last year
- Experience in an Acute Care setting
- Ability to perform and manage moderate sedation in endoscopic procedures
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- Experience with Epic
Additional Notes
- RN-driven assessment approach to sedation is used
- Patients are managed within a targeted sedation range based on Ramsay Sedation Scale score
