Role: RN Medical / Surgical
Location: Racine, Wisconsin

Required Qualifications

Experience: 2 years of Med/Surg experience
Certification: BLS must be AHA
License verification: Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
License/certificate verification: Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start
License/ID: Valid Driver's License/State ID
Health requirements: MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Influenza Vaccine, Fit Test, Health Statement, 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot), Ascension 11 Panel Drug Screen
Testing/competencies: Ascension Specialty Exam, Ascension Core Competencies, Ascension EKG Exam, Ascension Onboarding Requirements Education Attestation, Ascension Nursing Contract Worker Onboarding, Ascension Nova StatStrip, Ascension Epic Test-Out
Background/verification: Ascension Criminal Background Check Results, Ascension EPLS, Ascension Education Verification, Ascension Employment Verification, Ascension Confirmation of Assignment
References: At least two professional references
