Registered Nurse

Overview

Travel/Contract role in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin
Day shift: 3x12 hours, 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM
Every other weekend rotation and some holidays
Long-term care setting
Staffing noted: 1 RN per hall; med tech per hall; CNA ratio 1:8-10 on days and 1:20 on nights
Bed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), AIDET, and hourly rounding are required

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Wisconsin
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Long Term Care experience within the last year
1 year of Long Term Care experience
BLS issued by American Heart Association
