RN Cath Lab

Overview

Location: Encino, California
Employment type: LTA
Contract length: 13 weeks
Shift: 07:00 - 17:30
Schedule: Mon - Thur
On call: Required
Patient population: Adult and geriatric

Role Summary

Provides direct patient care in the Cardiovascular Laboratory, including monitoring physiologic and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures, maintaining equipment and inventory, and ensuring procedure room readiness.

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Missouri
Cardiac Cath Lab (4 years of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
ACLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Driver's License
ICU - Intensive Care Unit experience

Preferred Qualifications

Additional Notes

Assists with maintenance of equipment and inventory
Participates in performance improvement and continuous quality improvement activities
