Contract Length

Required Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
BLS
At least 3 years of OR nursing experience
Must be able to produce a negative drug screen for all panels

Assignment Details

15 operating rooms
25–45 cases per day
Scrubbing required for RNs
No floating
Call approximately once per week
Call every 3rd to 4th weekend
Call on holidays
8-hour shifts with various start times: 0645, 1045, 1445
Unit-specific orientation includes 1 week plus 2 weeks each of nights, p.m./mid shift, and days
