Description

Cath Lab RN

Overview

2-room Cath lab in Kingman, Arizona
13-week contract
Day shift, 10 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Take call 2 nights a week and every 3rd weekend
Local candidates are not accepted; 150-mile radius restriction applies
May be called off or canceled up to one shift per two weeks
12 hours of non-billable orientation

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Arizona
Cardiac Cath Lab (3 years of experience)
Cardiac Cath Lab experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
ACLS issued by American Heart Association
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP)
Experience with Impella
Experience with atherectomy devices
Experience with chronic total occlusion (CTO) interventions
Experience with AngioVac
Skills with temporary pacemakers
ECG competency

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors’ in Nursing

Clinical Duties

Circulate and monitor diagnostic and interventional coronary, peripheral, carotids, pacemakers, AICD's, and BI-V procedures
Lab does a few ICDs or pacemakers and not much EP
