Required Qualifications

• BLS
• 1 year of experience
• RN license

Preferred / Helpful

• First-time traveler okay

Patient Population

• Adults only
• Alcohol use disorder
• Polysubstance use
• Alcohol detox
• Depressive disorder
• Bipolar disorder
• Schizophrenia

Schedule / Staffing

• Nurse-to-patient ratio: at most 1:5, mostly 1:3
• Every other weekend
• Every other holiday
• No self-scheduling or block scheduling
• Director makes the schedule
• Flexible scheduling
• Charge nurse available 24/7 and takes patients
• Rare IVs
• Rare physical restraints
• One CNA/unit coordinator per 7a-7p shift
• RT available if needed
• No tele
• No call or standby
• No floating

Housing

• Housing leads available; candidate should confirm housing in the area with the submittal

Orientation

• 2-3 days with a preceptor

Dress Code

• Street clothes or scrubs
• No tank tops, blue jeans, or open-toed shoes
• Clothing must be neat and clean
• Photo name tag required
