It was here, at Fort McHenry, where Francis Scott Key saw the American flag flying overhead, inspiring him to pen The Star-Spangled Banner. The Inner Harbor is one of the most popular areas, housing museums, restaurants, nightlife hotspots and one of the city's top attractions, the National Aquarium.
