Description

Job Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with NYS X-ray/CT license, ARRT(CT) certification, and at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital radiology department performing both X-ray and CT scans with contrast injections
Shift is Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with no call requirements
Philips and Fuji Synapse PACS system and Paragon (Citrix Product) equipment used
COVID vaccination is not required, but proof of vaccination or declination must be provided
Flu vaccination or signed declination is required by 10/31, with masks required for those who decline
No holiday or weekend shifts required
Must be comfortable with both Philips and Fuji Synapse PACS systems
Must comply with all infection prevention and mask guidelines

Requirements

Current NYS X-ray/CT license required if applicable
ARRT(CT) certification required
Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program (CT track)
Minimum of 2 years CT/X-ray experience
Certification to inject contrast in NYS
Ability to start IVs independently
Current BLS certification
Completion of 2 CEUs on stroke-related topics prior to start
