Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with ARRT (R)(MR) certification, BLS, and at least 2 years of MRI experience.

Responsibilities

Work in a hospital MRI unit
Day shift schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Weekend requirement includes Friday as part of regular schedule and on-call shifts
On-call required one night per week and one full weekend every fifth weekend
No floating required
Charting system is Centricity
Philips MRI experience is preferred
First-time travelers are welcome to apply
RTO (Requested Time Off) must be submitted with application; no RTO accepted after submission
Modules are completed during orientation with the first 8 hours non-billable
PA fingerprints are required and may require travel for completion
Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are accepted at a different rate

Requirements

Current BLS certification required
ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
Minimum of 2 years recent experience as an MRI Technologist
Valid state license or certification required if applicable
References and copies of certifications are required for consideration
