Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position requiring a TX or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience.

Responsibilities

Position is located in the Cardiovascular Recovery Unit (CVRU) of a hospital setting
Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week seasonal contract assignment
Provide direct nursing care to patients recovering from cardiovascular procedures and surgeries
Documentation and verification of credentials including application, references, and certifications are required
Assignment is for a seasonal contract and may require floating within the hospital as needed

Requirements

Active TX or compact RN license required
Minimum of 1 year of recent Cardiovascular ICU or CVRU experience
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required and must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration
