Job Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel contract in a Med/Tele unit requiring a CO or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Work in a Med/Surg and Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Assignment duration is 13 weeks
• Adult medical-surgical and telemetry patient population
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not eligible
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult med/surg and telemetry patients
• Holiday coverage may be required based on facility needs
• Standard hospital scrubs required while on shift

Requirements

• Active CO or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent Med/Surg experience required
• AHA or ARC BLS certification required
• Must provide valid U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth for consideration
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• References required: one professional reference unless applying in Florida or Missouri, which require two
