Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a critical need home health assignment, requiring active licensure and EPIC EMR experience.

Responsibilities

Home health setting
Day shifts from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week
Utilizes EPIC EMR system
14-week assignment
Travel and local candidates are accepted at the same rate
Two professional references and certification/license documents required for consideration
Assignment subject to policy stating contingent workers may not exceed two years of service without a 90-day break

Requirements

Active and current Physical Therapist license required if applicable
Active certifications required at time of consideration
Experience with EPIC EMR preferred
Submission requires last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth
