Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting requiring at least 3 years of recent experience.

Responsibilities

  • Position is in an outpatient therapy clinic with a general orthopedic patient population
  • Typical caseload is 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits
  • Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
  • Eight-hour day shifts are required
  • No weekend, call, or floating duties
  • Primary duties involve evaluation and treatment of orthopedic patients in an outpatient setting
  • No floating to other clinics is expected
  • Work attire should be professional and appropriate for an outpatient therapy environment
  • Local candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for travel status

Requirements

  • Active Physical Therapist license required if applicable
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant outpatient physical therapy experience
  • Outpatient experience is preferred
  • New graduates and first-time travelers will not be considered
