Description

Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist for a night shift assignment with BLS and ARRT (R)(MR) certification and at least 2 years of MRI experience.

Responsibilities

Position is in an MRI unit within a hospital setting
Night shift schedule is 5x8 hours from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, Monday through Friday
Weekend work required on Fridays as part of the regular schedule, with additional on-call on 1 or 2 nights per week (12:00 AM to 8:00 AM) and every 5th weekend (Saturday/Sunday, 24 hours)
No floating required outside the assigned MRI unit
Philips MRI equipment experience is preferred
Charting is done using Centricity
First-time travelers are welcome for this position
Candidates living within 50 miles are considered local and subject to a different pay rate

Requirements

Current BLS certification required
ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
A valid state license or certification is required if applicable
At least 2 years of MRI technologist experience is required
Experience with Philips MRI scanners preferred
