Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position in NY with current licensure required and day shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital-based Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Provides care for medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Three 12-hour day shifts per week, 7:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Weekend schedule requires work every other weekend
• Epic EMR experience is preferred
• First time travelers are accepted for this position
• Candidates must live more than 75 miles from the facility
• The team follows a call-off policy of 3 shifts per 13-week assignment
• Current scrub requirements and holiday schedule expectations will be provided upon assignment

Requirements

• Active NY RN license in hand is required
• Minimum of 1 year of Med/Surg Tele experience
• BLS certification required
