Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with at least 1 year of experience and current ARRT and CT certifications.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an acute care hospital setting
• CT Tech unit with a 1:1 staff-to-patient ratio
• Work schedule consists of day (6:00-18:30), evening, and night (17:00-5:30) 12-hour shifts, with flexibility required for varying start times
• Self-scheduling is implemented and is based on seniority
• No required floating between like units, but travelers may float between facilities within the state as needed
• No on-call requirement
• Uses Epic EMR, and experience with Epic is required
• Local candidates are accepted at the same rate
• First-time travelers will be considered
• Returning employees must have a minimum 3-month gap from previous permanent employment and cannot submit if living within 50 miles of the facility
• Requests for time off must be included at the time of application and are limited
• Failure to adhere to agreed schedule or policy may result in assignment termination
• Free parking is available onsite
• Scrub color requirements: RNs wear navy blue; L&D/OR scrubs are provided

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent CT Technologist experience
• Current ARRT, ARRT Advanced, CA CRT, and CT certifications required
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic charting experience required
• Submission requires minimum of 2 supervisory references covering at least 1 year of recent employment in a comparable specialty
• SSN and date of birth required for consideration
• License required if applicable
