Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in Arizona, requiring at least 1 year of recent specialty experience and a current AZ or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a hospital setting covering Med/Surg and Telemetry units
- Day shift from 07:00 to 19:30
- Care provided on multiple Med/Surg/Tele units, including transitional care
- No local travelers allowed within a 50-mile radius
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- Returning travelers from CHS may not be considered if employed as perm staff within the last 2 years
- Complete orientation and onboarding required prior to the start date
- Holiday coverage may be required per unit needs
- Travelers must reside at least 50 miles from the facility
Requirements
- Active AZ or compact RN license required
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry
- No work history gaps totaling 90 days or more in the past 12 months
- Certifications must be valid and not expire within the first 30 days of assignment
- Must not have been employed as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
