Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for an evening shift position requiring both ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications and expert proficiency in X-ray and CT procedures.

Responsibilities

• Work in a diagnostic imaging department covering CT and general radiology modalities
• Performs procedures for oncology, neurosurgery, orthopedics, and multiple outpatient clinics at a 78-bed hospital
• Responsible for fluoroscopy, OR, orthopedic imaging, X-ray, and CT scans
• Monday through Friday evening shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, with no call required
• Responsibilities include performing high-quality imaging procedures for various hospital departments and outpatient clinics
• Must be able to work efficiently and independently in a sometimes hectic setting
• Professionalism and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential
• Facility offers optional traveler housing rental; further details available upon request
• Scrub attire required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a CT Technologist or Radiologic Technologist
• Current ARRT(R) and ARRT(CT) certifications required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Must have experience performing fluoroscopy, OR, orthopedic, X-ray, and CT procedures
• Must be able to practice autonomously in a busy imaging environment
• Must have an active Colorado state license if applicable
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Traveler’s permanent address must be at least 75 miles from the facility
