Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 5 years of hospital-based CT and trauma experience for a night shift assignment.
Responsibilities
- Position located in a hospital setting with Level 1 trauma center experience required
- Primary duties include Cat Scan, angiograms, and CT-guided procedures such as biopsies
- Utilizes 64-slice GE scanners
- Uses Epic EMR; experience with Epic preferred
- Night shifts available as 4x10s (three-week rotation schedule preferred) or 3x12s (36 hours per week alternate option)
- Two professional references required, one must be from a manager-level or higher and include a performance evaluation
- One reference must be within the past 12 months; the other can be up to 3 years old
- Preference for a reference from most recent travel assignment
- References from other travelers will not be accepted
- Local candidates will be considered at the same rate as travel candidates
- Monthly parking fees apply
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Cat Scan experience in a hospital environment
- Active ARRT, ARRT (CT), and BLS certifications required
- Current MA Radiation License required if applicable
- Demonstrated trauma and advanced CT procedural experience
- At least 18 months of experience in the specialty required for consideration
- Level 1 trauma hospital experience required
