Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with outpatient experience, IV skills, and proficiency with GE and Toshiba/Canon scanners.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient-focused CT lab environment
• Utilizes GE and Toshiba/Canon CT machines, with GE experience preferred
• EPIC EMR is used and Epic experience is required
• Schedule is four 9-hour day shifts per week, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
• 13-week contract duration
• Potential to float to a nearby sister hospital
• Performs diagnostic quality CT procedures according to ARRT guidelines
• Strict RTO policy requires all time off requests to be submitted in advance with no changes allowed after submission
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Return travelers must be gone for at least 6 months before becoming eligible again
• Local candidates are accepted with the same pay rate as travelers

Requirements

• Graduate of an approved imaging technology program
• Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license in radiography (no pending)
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in radiography
• Licensed in CT by OBMI or registered in CT by ARRT
• Current BLS certification from AHA within 90 days of hire
• At least 1-2 years of outpatient and IV experience required
• Epic charting experience required
• COVID-19 vaccination required with no exemptions
