Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist for graveyard shifts with at least 3 years of CT experience and required ARRT and California credentials.

Responsibilities

• Work in an acute care setting covering CT, X-Ray, and OR cases overnight
• Solo position with ER Techs providing support and patient transport
• Schedule consists of graveyard shifts from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with both nights and weekends (3 on, 4 on)
• Expected patient volume ranges from 5 to 15 per shift, primarily heavier CT and emergency surgery
• Serve a 25-bed facility including inpatient portable X-Ray and chest X-ray responsibilities
• Minimal to occasional call for day shift only, between 10:00 AM and midnight
• Uses EPIC EMR as well as Philips and Siemens imaging equipment and Philips Eyesight PACS; Nuance usage is trainable
• Responsibilities include overnight CT, X-Ray, and OR coverage with a heavier focus on emergency and surgical cases
• Primary support comes from ER Techs for patient transport
• Limited provider presence with ER Provider as closest support
• Training provided for PACS and Nuance systems as needed
• No Nevada license required for this assignment

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years CT experience required
• Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist Program approved by JRCERT
• Current ARRT (R) and ARRT (CT) certification required
• California Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license and California Fluoroscopy License required
• Current BLS certification required
• License required if applicable
• Experience operating Philips and Siemens equipment preferred
