Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist with at least 3 years of CT experience and proficiency on Siemens and GE CT equipment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital environment with assignments across multiple campuses
• Perform CT scans using Siemens and GE CT equipment
• Care for patients of all ages, with patient types and case mix varying by shift
• Responsibilities include contrast injections utilizing power injectors
• Epic EMR is used and experience is required
• Floating across multiple campuses may be required
• Job duties include performing CT scans, administering contrast injections, and ensuring accurate patient care across all ages
• Charcoal gray scrubs are required
• Team-based environment with a variety of patient populations and acuity levels

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years CT experience, preferably in a hospital or medical center
• Proficient experience using Siemens CT and GE CT equipment is required
• Active ARRT certification and BLS required
• Active Iowa radiology license required; license required if applicable
• Experience with power injection contrast injectors is required
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Valid driver’s license is required
• Must be able to provide a skills checklist specific to CT/Computed Tomography
• Professional reference from a supervisor or manager within the past 2 years is preferred
• Work history must document 24 months of current CT experience
