Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift Telemetry/Med-Surg position requiring a current AZ or compact RN license and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience.
Responsibilities
- Position is based in multiple Med-Surg and Telemetry units within a hospital setting
- Work schedule is night shift from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Patient population includes Med-Surg and Telemetry patients
- Perform nursing duties in Med-Surg and Telemetry units during night shifts
- Returning travelers must meet employment history requirements
- Travelers must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work in the US
- Requests for time off are limited to less than one week per contract
Requirements
- Active AZ or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent Med-Surg or Telemetry RN experience
- No certifications can expire within the first 30 days of assignment
- No employment gaps greater than 90 days in the past 12 months
- Candidates must not have worked as permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years
- RTO requests must be less than 1 week
- Local travelers within a 50-mile radius are not eligible
