Job Description
American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Tech-Diagnostic experienced in adult and pediatric X-ray imaging, with required ARRT certification and Maryland state licensure if applicable.
Responsibilities
- Hospital setting within a diagnostic radiology unit
- Performs adult and pediatric X-ray imaging using digital radiography (DR) equipment
- Night shift schedule: Friday through Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
- Handles trauma cases and works alongside OR and orthopedic teams
- Experience with a hospital of 500+ bed count required
- Operates standard, portable, and specialized X-ray equipment for diagnostic purposes
- Provides high-quality patient care throughout imaging procedures
- Night shift only; candidate must be comfortable working overnight weekends
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rate unless otherwise specified
- Candidates must be able to provide one professional reference
Requirements
- Current ARRT certification and BLS via AHA
- Maryland state license required if applicable
- Completion of an AMA-approved program in Radiologic Technology or equivalent
- Hospital and trauma experience required
- Experience in both adult and pediatric diagnostic radiology
- Experience with OR and orthopedic imaging is preferred
