Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedic experience for an 8-hour day shift assignment.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in an outpatient therapy clinic specializing in athletic, sports, and orthopedic patient populations
• Typical caseload is 12-14 patients per day with double-booking of follow-up visits expected
• Productivity expectation is 60 visits per week
• Work schedule is 8-hour day shifts with 36-40 hours per week
• No call or floating to other clinics is required
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Team-oriented environment with no float requirement
• Athletic, orthopedic, and sports patient focus
• Requests for overtime must be approved by the director
• Candidates local to within 50 miles of the clinic are eligible

Requirements

• Active PT license required if applicable
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant PT experience preferred; new grads will not be considered
• Outpatient experience is preferred
• Must be able to handle busy caseloads and double bookings
