Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 16-week assignment with ARRT certification and recent Epic experience required.

Responsibilities

• Work in a radiology department as a multi-modality Radiologic Technologist
• Patient population includes adult patients requiring CT and radiology services
• Use of Phillips CT equipment and Epic EMR
• Rotating 8-hour shifts with flexibility to work 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts as needed
• 12-hour shifts primarily occur on weekends (Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
• Schedule may include early evenings, weekends, overnight coverage for vacations, and every other weekend
• Travelers must work at least 2 of the following holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Day
• Must be flexible with schedule and able to provide coverage as needed for departmental staffing and vacations
• No block scheduling is allowed
• Must work collaboratively to support departmental operations
• Bi-weekly orientation sessions are held on Mondays
• Religious or medical exemption documentation must be provided if needed
• Only one active application is allowed at a time within the system
• Radius rules apply to travel and local candidates

Requirements

• ARRT certification in CT and radiology is required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a CT Technologist is required
• Prior travel experience is required
• Epic experience within the past 2 years is mandatory
• Experience with Phillips CT equipment is preferred
• License required if applicable
• All employment gaps over 90 days must be explained
• Candidates must have reliable personal or rental transportation, as public transit is not available
• Vehicles should have all season or snow tires November through April
