Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg-Oncology position requiring an active NC or compact RN license and oncology certification.
Details
- Work in a combined Med/Surg Oncology and Women's unit in a hospital setting
- Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
- Care for oncology and women's health patients
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of recent oncology nursing experience required
- Oncology certification (ONC) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC required; certification must be valid for at least 30 days beyond start
- Must provide a valid US Social Security Number and date of birth
- No employment gaps of 90 days or more in the last 12 months
- A minimum of one professional reference required for consideration
- Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the hospital; local candidates are not eligible
Additional Information
- Duties focus on providing nursing care to oncology and women's health patients within the unit
- First-time travelers will be considered
- Team structure and support are available within the unit
