Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) night shift position in North Carolina, requiring at least 2 years of experience and a valid NC or compact RN license.

Responsibilities

• Position is in a hospital-based Progressive Care Stepdown Transitional Unit
• Night shift schedule from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel assignment
• Cares for patients in a stepdown/PCU transitional setting
• Candidate's permanent address must be at least 60 miles from the facility
• Candidates cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility in the past 12 months
• Full-time employment elsewhere is prohibited during the assignment
• First time travelers will be considered
• No specific references required at time of consideration

Requirements

• Active NC or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of recent stepdown or PCU experience
• Current certifications must be from recognized providers (RQI certifications not accepted)
• COVID vaccination card required
• Candidates must provide social security number and date of birth for consideration
