Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiovascular ICU position specializing in ECMO with night shifts and at least 1 year of recent specialty experience required.

Responsibilities

• Position is based in a Cardiovascular Recovery Unit (CVRU) within a hospital setting
• Provides care for cardiovascular and ECMO patients
• Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 13-week travel contract
• Responsible for the specialized care and monitoring of cardiovascular and ECMO patients
• No local candidates are eligible for this position
• First-time travelers are accepted
• Must provide complete application, skills checklist, references, license verification, and all required certifications at the time of consideration

Requirements

• Active TX or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Cardiovascular ICU or ECMO specialty
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC required
• NIH Stroke Certification required
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more in the past 12 months
• Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• At least one professional reference required for consideration
